To roast, pack and send your order, to send a payment link and order updates, to keep the accounts the law requires, and to answer your questions. We do not sell data and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for one.
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Messages are deleted after one year unless they relate to an order.
Our parcel carrier receives your name, address and phone number. Our payment provider handles the payment itself, and we never see your card details. Our accountant sees invoices. That is all.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to restrict how we use it. Write to us and we will respond within a month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We store your basket in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
