Coffee tastes best close to the roast date, so we ship quickly. Orders placed before Monday midnight are roasted on Tuesday and posted on Wednesday. Orders placed before Wednesday midnight are roasted on Thursday and posted on Friday. Weekend orders go into the next batch.

Packages are sized to fit through a letterbox: up to four 250 g bags or two 1 kg bags per parcel. Larger orders are split into several parcels at no extra cost. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Local delivery in Haarlem
If you live in Haarlem or Heemstede we can bring your order by cargo bike on Wednesdays and Fridays. It is free over €20 and the same price as the Dutch rate below that. Pick "local delivery" at checkout and we will confirm a time window by email.
If something goes wrong
If a bag arrives damaged, or the coffee is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund the order, whichever you prefer. You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Because we roast to order and coffee is a food product, opened bags cannot be returned, but we will still look for a fair solution. See our terms of sale for the details.
Customs
Orders to the UK are shipped duty-paid. If your parcel is held for customs, send us the notice and we will sort it out.
