A lot from a group of about forty families who share one mill. Round, sweet and easy, which is why it is the bag most of our regulars order again.

Huila gives us what we want from an everyday coffee: a sweetness you can taste from the first sip, enough acidity to keep it lively and a finish that is closer to cacao than to anything bitter.
Because it is forgiving, it works in nearly every method. On the espresso machine it pulls a syrupy shot at 1:2.2 in 28 seconds; in a French press it tastes like baked apples.
Espresso: 18 g in, 40 g out, 28 seconds. Filter: 1:16, 93 °C, around 3 minutes. French press: 4 minutes, then wait another minute before pouring.
