All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT at 9 percent. Shipping is shown before you confirm the order. For customers outside the Netherlands, VAT may be adjusted at checkout according to the rules of the destination country.
When you place an order we send you a confirmation and a secure payment link. The order becomes binding once payment has been received. If an item is sold out, we will tell you before we charge anything.
We aim to dispatch within two working days of payment. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are described on the shipping page.
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Please note that food products which have been opened, and products made to your specification such as freshly ground coffee, are excluded from this right. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email.
If a product is damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
