Our house blend: sixty percent Brazil for body and sweetness, forty percent Guatemala for a little fruit and structure. We drink it every morning at the roastery.

250 g €10.50. 1 kg €36.75. Roasted the next Tuesday or Thursday.
We blend after roasting, each coffee at its own roast level, because the Guatemala needs more development than the Brazil to taste of anything. It costs us an extra step, but the cup is clearer than a blend that was roasted together.
Huisblend has been on the shelf since the first week we opened. We have changed the Guatemala lot four times and the Brazil twice, and we tweak the proportions when a new harvest arrives, but we taste against the same reference cup each time.
Espresso: 18.5 g in, 38 g out, 29 seconds. With milk, shorten to 1:1.8.
